The Enterprise Investment Scheme: a consultation document
This consultation examines the rules and processes governing the Enterprise Investment Scheme, and aims to explore how it may be made more accessible, both to investors and companies seeking finance.
The main areas the Government would like input on are how users (and potential users) feel that the scheme could be simplified; how administrative or regulatory burdens could be reduced; and how awareness of the scheme could be raised amongst potential users. Specific areas for consideration are highlighted throughout the document but the Government would also welcome more general comments.
The Enterprise Investment Scheme: a consultation document is available in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF). If you do not have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer you can download the software free of charge from the Adobe website.
