Implementing amendments to the Capital Requirements Directive
This consultation document seeks views on how the Government proposes to implement the Directive using an effective, proportionate, and risk-based approach.
A draft Regulatory Impact Assessment is attached at Annex A.
A draft of the proposed Statutory Instruments is attached at Annex B.
The Financial Services Authority (FSA) are consulting separately on elements of the Directive it does not fall on HM Treasury to implement.
