Establishing resolution arrangements for investment banks

The Government is conducting a detailed review of resolution arrangements for failing investment banks. As part of this review, on the 29th July 2010 the Government published a summary of consultation responses to the December 2009 consultation paper “Establishing resolution arrangements for investment banks”. The individual consultation responses, where confidentially was not requested, can also be found on this webpage.
A further document setting out the Government’s conclusions and further proposals will be published in September 2010.
