Implementing a Landline Duty: consultation on draft legislation and impacts

This consultation concerns the implementation of the new Landline Duty to help fund the roll-out of Next Generation Access to 90 per cent of Britain by 2017.
Responses to this consultation should be sent to HM Treasury by 12 February 2010, when the consultation closes. These responses should be clearly marked and addressed to:
