Call for Evidence (closed 21 April 2006)
A formal call for evidence was published on 23 February 2006, as part of our commitment to consult widely with interested parties. This set out the scope of the Review and asked respondents to comment on a range of general and specific intellectual property issues, and to highlight other issues for the Review to consider.
The Review's call for evidence closed on 21 April 2006. Late submissions to the Review cannot be guaranteed to be considered by the Review Team.
The call for evidence consisted of a letter from Andrew Gowers accompanying an issues paper, providing instructions on how evidence should have been submitted, including a cover sheet for responses.
