Infrastructure delivery update
The Government is committed to ensuring that the investment in UK infrastructure that is needed is delivered.
The Chief Secretary to the Treasury chairs a new Cabinet Committee on Infrastructure to provide leadership to this work. The Committee ensures that all parts of Government play their part in unblocking delivery problems.
An Infrastructure Delivery Update was published alongside the Budget. This update sets out progress that has been made on the priority infrastructure investments identified in the National Infrastructure Plan 2011 and progress on other infrastructure measures in the Autumn Statement 2011.
