IUK assurance team
The Assurance Team sits within Infrastructure UK in HM Treasury, and leads IUK’s work in ensuring that infrastructure projects across a range of sectors have the appropriate level of commercial assurance.
The team also works closely with the Policy Team on PPP/PFI matters and is responsible for the assurance of PFI contracts. Annex B and section 2 of the Public Private Partnerships – Technical update 2010 sets out the process which must be followed for the submission of any requests for derogations sought from core drafting of PFI projects.
