PUBLIC EXPENDITURE OUTTURN WHITE PAPER
The Public Expenditure Outturn White Paper published today shows provisional outturn for Departmental Expenditure Limits (DEL) and Annually Managed Expenditure (AME) in 2002-03 including information on individual Estimates and administration cost limits. The White Paper also includes details of carry forward into 2003-04 under the DEL end year flexibility (EYF) scheme.
