Review of Employee Share Schemes committee
Background
The aim of the Consultative Committee is to provide input to the OTS's projects by way of guidance, practical insights and as reviewers/critiques of the OTS's output. Its members have been drawn from across the tax, accountancy and legal professions, business and other interested parties. The committee is chaired by the OTS Chairman, Rt Hon Michael Jack and its membership will be determined by the OTS Board. Meeting dates, attendees and minutes will be published on the OTS website.
Membership of the committee was reviewed by the OTS Board following the report on approved share schemes, and was changed in May 2012 to fit the work on unapproved share schemes
