Small Business Tax Simplification Review: regional workshops

The Office of Tax Simplification (OTS) scheduled a series of workshops across the UK in 2010 that contributed to the evidence base for all of the work of the Office, with particular focus on the review of Small Business Taxation, including IR35. The OTS held a number of workshops with a variety of stakeholders, including: accountancy bodies; business representative bodies; HMRC regional offices; and a number of small businesses.
The OTS has arranged series of workshops around the country to discuss the recent small business review discussion papers published in July 2011.
These workshops will take place in October and November 2011.

- Tuesday 11 October: evening event at the Old rectory Hotel in Crostwick, Norwich
- Thursday 20 October: morning, lunchtime and evening events at the University of Central Lancashire, Preston
- Monday 31 October: evening event at the BBP Law School in Leeds
- Tuesday 1 November: evening event at the Harrow Civic Centre, north-west London
