Offshore funds: a discussion paper

In October 2007, the Government published a discussion paper setting out its proposals for modernising the offshore funds tax regime. The Government is grateful for the comments from interested parties to that discussion paper. As the next step in the process, the Government is today publishing a summary of responses to that discussion paper. Draft regulations will be published shortly.
