Technical Note 1 has been superseded by new accounting procedures, Technical Note 2 has been superseded by the introduction of new EU public procurement law in the UK (see OGC website) January 2006 and Technical Note 5 has been superseded by the new Value for Money Guidance and Technical note 6 has been superseded by the new guidance on managing the delivery of contracts.
