FRAB review
The Financial Reporting Advisory Board (FRAB) was established in 1996 and since its inception its remit has expanded incrementally with a corresponding increase in the Board’s membership.
The FRAB review group was created to undertake the first formal review of the Board to ensure that it is fit for purpose for the future, in order to fulfill its role. The Review considered the future role, structure and operational arrangements of the Board.
